Red Robin Workday Reporting Analyst in Greenwood Village, Colorado

Based out of our Home Office in Greenwood Village, CO the Workday Reporting Analyst contributes to the success of Red Robin by supporting HR, Payroll and Legal systems, business processes, analysis and reporting needs. Partners with IT team to ensure support and maintenance of Workday and other HR system applications and reporting. Ensures applicable communication regarding system changes and reporting and creates documentation of processes. Responsible for timely and accurate HR transaction data input and integrity of data updates into Workday and other HR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develops routine reports and delivers according to scheduled delivery distribution on daily, weekly, bi-weekly, periodic, monthly, quarterly and annual basis

• Promotes self-service reporting functionality with end users

• Responsible for reporting on transactional data in Workday and other HR systems, including new hires, terminations, EEOC data, turnover, and other data as needed

• Creates ad hoc reports for business as needed

• Reviews and analyzes reports to ensure data integrity

• Applies analytical skills to identify trends and draw conclusions from data

• Tests implementation of system and process enhancements

• Conducts system updates such as minimum wage, transactional corrections, data clean-up, organizational alignment changes, position creation and other items as needed

• Partners with various leaders to evolve and enhance reporting

• Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Information Technology or other related field required

• Experience with Workday required

• Proficient in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields and Dashboards preferred

• Broad experience with HR technologies, systems, and reporting

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS position preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical analysis software packages)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to conduct high level needs analysis and produce reporting and data analysis

• Ability to create a consolidated report by combining data from multiple data sources

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously

• Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
